St David's Windsor Quay Community Association was formed in July 2008 to help the tenants of Windsor Quay. We are a group of people who live within the Quay and we are here to support all 

 We offer the following to all residents:

• General support to all residents 7 days a week
• Our counsellor is here Mon - Fri for support
• To arrange youth and community events
• To arrange named holiday events
• To arrange charity support within the community
• Being here for all residents with their complaints or General Help.

St David's Windsor Quay Community Association has been set up by a sub committee from Our Lady of the Rosary & St David's  Catholic Church under the care of the The Revd Fr Mark Paris and the Church Committee
